AlumaReel USA will replace at no cost all manufacturing defective products, or products damaged prior to arrival, within 30 days of sale.

AlumaReel USA understands that products do at times not fit our customer’s need for one reason or another.  When returning products, we ask that the following steps are taken (as outlined below):

  1. Return time period begins on the date of sale.
  2. 30-day money-back policy on most products.
  3. Shipping and Handling charges are NOT refundable and are the responsibility of the dealer/client.
  4. Include invoice number and sale information with the returned product.
  5. Where possible, product exchanges are preferable.

All defective products will be subject to exchange or customer account credit

Reason for return

All returned products should be accompanied by reasons for the return.  In many cases, we may be able to suggest a different product that would better suit your needs.  
If you would like to exchange a product, any price difference will either be refunded or charged to your billing account.

Return Product

  1. All returned products MUST contain ALL original materials.  This includes manuals, etc
  2. The original manufacturer’s label must be intact.
  3. Include a copy of the invoice with the returned package.
  4. Returns may be rejected if the product has been damaged due to improper use/shipping damage.

Restocking Fees

  1. A 15% restocking fee will apply if the product(s) are returned outside of 30-day hassle-free guarantee.
  2. We reserve the right to refuse the shipment and/or charge a restocking fee with the damaged product(s).
  3. A restocking fee will apply to all product(s) returned due to the customer’s refusal to pay or for reasons other than defect.

Limitation of Liability

AlumaReel USA products are designed and tested with a number of quality assurance checks in place in an effort to deliver a superior product every time.  AlumaReel USA reserves the right to make changes without notice to improve the performance of the product or to accommodate changes made in the process.
